The automatic day/night switching of the improved IR LED technology ensures better image illumination in changing light conditions. The IP67 protection rating makes the Analog HD Mini Tube robust against wind and weather.
Analog HD technology: Ideal for inexpensive retrofitting
Utilizing the existing infrastructure in the building offers flexible options for retrofitting. Simply replace cameras and recorders to improve the performance of existing video surveillance systems. Coaxial or 2-wire cables can still be used without any issues.
The effective IR range depends on the location. Light-absorbing surfaces or the absence of IR-reflecting objects in the field of view reduce the IR range or result in a video image that is too dark. Furthermore, reflective objects in close proximity to the camera (e.g., gutters, walls) can cause disruptive reflections of IR light in the image.
