The ABUS FO 400 E (FUFT50050W) wireless window handle lock and the Secvest wireless alarm system integrate mechanical and electronic security technology into a unified security concept. The wireless window handle lock replaces the existing handle of standard windows. The lock is monitored even when the alarm system is deactivated. The FUFT50050W offers burglars a pressure resistance of over one ton from the moment they attempt to pry open the window. The Secvest alarm control panel is triggered long before the mechanical lock is fully stressed.
The window handle lock can be fully locked using a cylinder lock. This prevents burglars from activating it through a broken window pane and opening the window. An additional connection allows for the integration of a passive glass break detector, which sounds an alarm when the glass breaks. The wireless window handle lock is available keyed alike with other ABUS security products, so that all locks in the house can be operated with a single key.
