The Secvest wireless water detector FUWM50000 consists of a base unit (detector) and a water sensor. When the sensor comes into contact with water, the base unit notifies the Secvest alarm system. The maximum distance between the detector and sensor is 1 meter. The wireless water detector is configured as a zone with the "Technical" attribute. Even when the system is disarmed, this zone is monitored and triggers an alarm if activated. The Secvest system settings allow you to specify whether activation of the "Technical" zone should be communicated via SMS or phone call.

Tip: Additionally, an output on the ABUS alarm control panel could, when a water detector is triggered, shut off the water supply via a solenoid valve or control the washing machine, which switches off in the event of water damage.
