DETECTS GLASS BREAKAGE BY SOUND - Simply efficient: monitors entire rooms
The Secoris wireless glass break detector FUGB60000 detects the sound of breaking glass (window panes, glass doors, etc.) and reports the breakage to the Secoris or Secvest wireless alarm system. The detector's acoustic sensor monitors the entire room (range up to 9 m).

2-stage detection: False alarms virtually eliminated.
The sensor detects the specific sound components of breaking glass (low and high frequencies) in two stages: first the sound of the glass actually breaking, then the sound of the shards hitting the ground. The glass break detector only triggers an alarm if both criteria are met. This minimizes the risk of false alarms.

Optimal installation, reliable room monitoring
The FUGB60000 should be pointed directly at the window area to be monitored. The optimal position is approximately 2-3 meters from the glass front; the maximum distance is 9 meters. Technical notes: The detection range of the detector may vary depending on ambient noise and the window's surroundings (curtains, flowers, interior shutters, burglar-resistant glass, etc.). It is not recommended to use the detector in rooms with carpeting, as the carpet can dampen the sound of broken glass hitting the floor.

Secure wireless connection
The FUGB60000 wireless glass break detector is integrated into the ABUS Secvest intrusion detection system (IDS) via the Secoris BUS wireless extension (BUMO60030). The connection is protected against tampering by third parties through a secure wireless protocol.
