AJAX "FireProtect 2" AC (Heat/CO) – Intelligent fire protection for modern living spaces

The AJAX "FireProtect 2" AC Heat & CO is an innovative, mains-powered detector that provides early detection of dangerous heat and invisible carbon monoxide (CO) – without false alarms. Equipped with two external A1R class thermistors, it detects rapid temperature increases caused by smoldering fires or burning plastics. At the same time, the precise CO sensor protects against odorless carbon monoxide – even before the concentration becomes dangerous.

This smart detector meets the highest European fire safety standards and offers reliable protection for kitchens, bedrooms, workshops, or offices. Communication takes place via the encrypted Jeweller wireless protocol, which covers a range of up to 1,700 m. With the optional Ajax Hub control unit, you also receive app notifications, centralized remote management, automatic self-diagnostics, and networked alarm triggering within 20 seconds.

Thanks to WAGO 221 terminals and the included SmartBracket, installation is completed without tools in just 90 seconds. A backup battery ensures reliability – even during power outages. Compatible with Ajax automation solutions, such as the WallSwitch for power cut-off in case of fire, FireProtect 2 AC offers a future-proof security concept for demanding homes and buildings.
