The Hub 2 Plus features a communication module with four independent channels and supports high-speed LTE networks. This feature allows the device to connect to two different internet providers and two different mobile networks (3G/4G) via Ethernet and Wi-Fi. Automatic channel switching takes just a few seconds.

Verification of the alarm using photos in just 9 seconds

Photo verification is the future of the security industry. This technology is ideal for both commercial and residential applications because it's cost-effective and respects people's privacy. The animated photo series from the MotionCam motion detectors allows you to verify movement patterns on-site. The cameras are only activated in the event of an alarm.
The Hub 2 Plus allows for the connection of up to 200 MotionCams. The security company and users receive photo confirmation of the alarm in just 9 seconds. Thanks to LTE network support, this is even possible with just one SIM card.

Security automation

With Hub 2 Plus, you can create 64 scenarios, minimizing the impact on security caused by human behavior. The Hub control panel can arm and disarm a property or group according to a schedule. If a break-in occurs in the monitored space, a smoke machine can be activated immediately. In the event of a fire, the property's power can be disconnected and emergency lighting activated. Water leaks can cause the water supply to be shut off. Lights, electric locks, shutters, and garage doors can be automatically activated when the system status changes, at the push of a button, or when a detector is triggered.


Protection of large objects with complex internal structure

Hub 2 Plus ensures the security of the most complex facilities, such as business centers, factories, or multi-story villas with outbuildings. The new Hub control center can control up to 200 devices. The wireless range is up to 2,000 meters, and the system's wireless network can cover up to 35 square kilometers. With Hub 2 Plus, you can create up to 200 users and up to 25 groups to divide a facility's security into zones and personalize access for employees.


Resistant to sabotage

The security company and users are notified if anything happens to the Hub 2 Plus. The Hub cannot be inconspicuously turned off, even if the system is disarmed. If an intruder attempts to remove the device from its mount, a tamper alarm is triggered immediately. The Ajax Cloud can detect a loss of connection to the Hub in as little as 60 seconds thanks to its frequent polling interval. Even if the building's power is interrupted, the Hub will continue to defend for up to 15 hours thanks to its built-in battery.

Development instead of standstill

The Hub 2 Plus runs on the Malevich real-time operating system developed by Ajax Systems. The system is highly reliable, virus-resistant, and protected against cyberattacks.
The modular architecture simplifies the development of OS Malevich. The system receives new features through updates several times a year. This process requires neither installer nor user intervention and is completed in minutes while the security system is disarmed.
Hub 2 Plus is Ajax's most powerful hub. Compared to Hub 2, it features a 4.5x faster processor and 8x more memory. Its hardware features allow it to expand and stay up-to-date for years to come.

Control via the app

Because apps are more convenient and reliable, we deliberately avoided the use of control buttons on the hub and outdated interfaces. The connection to the hub is established via a secure channel through the Ajax cloud, which is located in multiple AWS (Amazon Web Services) data centers. Using apps, users with administrator rights can manage facility security, change settings for the hub and its connected devices, create scenarios, and monitor events. This can be done locally or remotely using a smartphone or computer.


Assembly without hassle

The Hub 2 Plus is ready to use right out of the box. All communication modules, the power supply, and the battery are already built in. To begin setting up the system, you need to connect the device to power and the internet, insert SIM cards, and scan a QR code using the app. Thanks to the SmartBracket, the device doesn't need to be disassembled during installation.
Connecting security devices, video cameras, and users; testing the wireless signal; creating groups and scenarios; and requesting connection to emergency call centers (ESCs): all system settings are always available in the Ajax app, whether you're on-site or not.
