Minimize your cabling effort when installing IP cameras that operate using the High-PoE standard (60 watts). With the ABUS High-PoE Injector TVAC25005, network cameras can be powered via PoE even if your network components (switches, etc.) do not support High-PoE, PoE+, or PoE.

The injector allows you to supply power to IP cameras that use High-PoE by injecting it into an Ethernet cable. Power is then supplied via the same network cable that carries the signal from the camera to the network – even if the existing network components are not PoE-enabled and/or do not provide the required power for High-PoE (60 watts).

The advantage: Laying a separate power cable is unnecessary, and the camera can be operated without a separate power supply. This means you are no longer dependent on a locally available power source (wall socket, etc.) when choosing the camera's location. Only the network cable runs from the camera to the injector (maximum cable length 100 m), and the injector is connected to the network and power supply at the other end.
