Payment options
Dear Customer,
Basically, you have several options for paying for your order. In addition to prepayment, we also offer payment via Sofortüberweisung.de, cash on delivery, credit card, or PayPal.
Payment in advance
After receiving the order confirmation and the invoice number contained therein, you can pay for your order in advance (bank transfer). As soon as the purchase price has been received in our bank account, the goods will be shipped to you. You will receive a 2% discount.
Payment via PayPal
PayPal allows you to pay securely, easily, and quickly in online shops. The purchase amount is transferred to our bank account immediately, so you receive your goods even faster. A free PayPal account is required to pay with PayPal. You can find more information about PayPal and how to register here.
Payment via instant bank transfer
Sofortüberweisung (Instant Bank Transfer) is a new and innovative payment method with TÜV certification and TÜV-tested transaction security, allowing you to pay for online purchases quickly and securely. Using a secure form, Sofortüberweisung automatically initiates a transfer from your online banking account in real time. You don't need to register and can pay using your usual online banking details. The purchase amount is transferred to our bank account immediately, so you receive your goods even faster. Payment by cash on delivery
When paying cash on delivery, you pay the postman when you receive the goods. (Plus a cash on delivery fee of €9.50 and a handling fee (only in Germany) of €2.00, which are payable directly to the postman).
For your own protection, please obtain a receipt confirming your cash-on-delivery payment. This will provide you with proof that the goods have actually been paid for in case of a dispute. The German Federal Court of Justice (BGH, VIII ZR 369/04) has already ruled that there is no presumption that an item sent and delivered cash on delivery has actually been paid for.
Cash on delivery is only available within Germany (for orders over €200.00 including VAT) and Austria. When purchasing cash on delivery, the invoice amount is due upon delivery.
Payment by credit card
Pay conveniently, easily, and securely with your credit card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. During the ordering process, in addition to your credit card company, we need your card number, expiration date, and security code. The purchase amount will be transferred to our bank account immediately, allowing you to receive your goods even faster.
